  研究领域:
  (1)土壤污染物微生物修复:主要以高通量测序、代谢组学结合生物信息学方法研究土壤微生物群落对新型污染物新烟碱类杀虫剂的响应机制,探究污染物降解与微生物组的相关性,研究微生物对新烟碱类杀虫剂的降解机制。
  (2)农业固体废弃物资源化利用:从昆虫肠道、作物根际等特殊生境筛选分离微生物资源用以处理秸秆废弃物。
  (3)农药污染物的毒理和环境行为:基于微生物组学、蛋白质组及代谢组学技术,揭示昆虫及其微生物组对农药的响应机制,解析农药的环境行为和代谢途径,探寻农药污染物在生物体内的降解机理。
  (4)昆虫伴生菌的多样性以及从群落层面揭示昆虫伴生菌群落对昆虫病原菌尤其是生防菌的响应机制;针对我国百合科蔬菜常规以及新发现、新发生的害虫进行生物防治方面的系统研究。
